Teleplan is proud to announce the opening of Netta’s House in Tvedestrand – a unique retreat created to strengthen wellbeing, collaboration, and community among our employees.

Originally built in 1925 as the Dypvåg Nursing Home for sailors, the building has been carefully expanded and refurbished into a modern recreation facility. While preserving its historical roots, Netta’s House now offers a setting where our people can both recharge and create new ideas together.

A Gem by the Sea

Nestled in the Norwegian archipelago, Netta’s House embodies our commitment to providing balance and opportunity. With dedicated office spaces, training facilities, cozy rooms, and areas for recreation, it is a place where colleagues, families, and friends can come together. Whether to focus on work, stay active, or simply enjoy time by the sea, Netta’s House reflects our belief that people thrive when wellbeing and creativity go hand in hand.

An Opening to Remember

The opening weekend celebrated this vision with a vibrant program of live music, culinary experiences from local chefs, inspiring guest speakers, and engaging activities. The atmosphere reflected the spirit of Teleplan: innovation, collaboration, and appreciation for the people who make it all possible.

Looking Ahead

Netta’s House is more than a facility – it is an investment in people. By creating a space where employees can connect, relax, and recharge, we strengthen the foundation for continued innovation and excellence.

We extend our sincere thanks to everyone who contributed to making the opening such a success, especially the team behind the project. Netta’s House is a symbol of our culture – one that values people, fosters growth, and looks confidently to the future.
