FNUG 2025: Where operational insight meets product development

Last week, we had the great pleasure of hosting the FACNAV User Group Conference (FNUG 2025)—our annual user conference and one of the most important events in the Teleplan Globe calendar.

Since the launch of FACNAV in 2006, user-centric collaboration has been a defining part of how we develop and evolve our solutions. FNUG continues to be a key arena for this collaboration—bringing together our users and development teams in a shared effort to ensure our technology meets real-world operational needs.

A Unique Forum for Operational Insight

FNUG brings together users of FACNAV from across nations, services, and military sectors. The goal is clear: to create a space where our users can connect directly with our team—providing feedback, exploring product roadmaps, testing their equipment alongside our experts, and discussing operational needs and areas for improvement.

The insights and experiences shared during FNUG play a crucial role in shaping the future of our solutions, ensuring that we continue to deliver products that meet the demands of an evolving operational landscape.

A Glimpse Into the Teleplan Culture

This year, we wanted to offer more than just a technical deep-dive—we wanted our guests to experience who we are. That’s why we brought FNUG 2025 to a very special place: Netta’s House in Tvedestrand—a retreat we affectionately call our "home away from home." Nestled in the quiet surroundings of the southern Norwegian coast, it was the perfect setting to strengthen connections, spark candid conversations, and reflect on the shared purpose that unites us.
