Bringing Our Users to the Table

Every May, we ask ourselves the same question: how do we build something our users truly need?

The answer? We ask them directly.

Last week, the FACNAV User Group Conference (FNUG) brought together 30 users and our full team — product experts, architects, designers, and business development from across every FACNAV domain. Over three days, we ran workshops, feedback sessions, live testing, and structured insight work, ensuring that the voices of our users are at the heart of every decision we make.

A setting that inspires

For the second year running, we gathered at Nettas House in Tvedestrand — Teleplan’s own space for creativity, reflection, and recreation, nestled in the Norwegian archipelago. The setting is no coincidence. We believe that great collaboration happens when people feel at ease, away from the pressures of everyday work.
Our owners joined us for the occasion, taking all guests out on the water and treating everyone to speedboat rides through the archipelago. Between sessions, we soaked up life by the sea and enjoyed our home-brewed FNUG beer. These moments of informal connection matter just as much as the structured sessions.

More than a user group

Coming together like this, every year, builds a trust that forms the foundation of our user-centric approach. FNUG is not just a conference — it is where relationships are strengthened, ideas are challenged, and our product roadmap takes shape.
Thank you to everyone who joined us. Your engagement and input is what makes FNUG worthwhile. See you next year!
